A generic slasher theme. A Behringer Poly D sequencer provided the repeating rhythmic track and the Moog Mavis provided the lead. A BeatBuddy drum machine provided the drum track.
This was my attempt at a horror soundtrack, more or less. It features a Behringer Poly D on lead with a Moog Mavis / NifyKEYZ keyboard supplying the rhythm sequence while synced to the BeatBuddy pedal drum machine’s MIDI output.
I thought I’d take a stab (pun intended) at figuring out how to play this and make the #MoogMavis sound kind of like a piano. Since the Mavis is a mono synth, I obviously had to multi-track the 3 different parts (lead, bass and nervous “tick: sound, LOL).
