Two Part Invention for EBow in D minor

This was a song idea I had been working on for many weeks. It started off with an arpeggiated guitar lick on a looper. It wasn’t until I decided to try to create a lead using an EBow that it started coming together. The 2nd EBow harmony was a last-minute idea. The drum track was created with a Digitech TRIO+ pedal and an Adobe Audition Loopoloy drum one-shot at the end (kick drum and cymbal crash).

Waikiki Wintertide (Isolated Bass and Drums)

I had so much fun trying to keep up with 181 BPM with my RIC that I decided to make a mix with just the drums and bass. I already had the recording session video, so here’s the bass session with the isolated bass and drums audio mix.

Be sure to watch the full song video, too. It has some nice Strat tones on it!
